Thank you for placing your order with us! Because every item is custom printed, please review our delivery process, estimated timeframes, and shipping details below.

1. Delivery Coverage & Free Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Free Standard Shipping: Applies automatically at checkout on all UK orders totaling £99 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

• Orders Under £99: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your chosen delivery option and order size/weight.

2. Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that total fulfillment time includes two separate phases:

• Production Time: The time required to print, inspect, and package your custom items. Production starts after artwork or proof approval.

• Shipping Time: The time your package spends in transit with the courier.

3. Estimated Delivery Times & Potential Delays

Once production is complete and your order leaves our workshop, our estimated delivery time across the UK is 3 to 4 working days.

Important Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to courier peak volumes, severe weather, public holidays, or unforeseen operational disruptions.

4. Shipping Options & Rates

You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout. Exact shipping costs depend on:

• The speed/courier service selected (e.g., Standard vs. Tracked/Express).

• The size and total weight of your items.

5. Order Tracking & Support

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your courier tracking information (where applicable).
